Optical and Prescription Sunglasses  come with a 1 year Lens Warranty against defects or lens glazing service faults. Frames come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damages caused by misuse or accident are not covered.  Should the item be returned and deemed accidental damage, FreshforPandas reserve the right to charge a repair or re-stocking fee. 

The return postage is not covered under this warranty. to make a  warranty claim, please contact us here to log a return. 

We replace items if they are defective within the first 12 months of use, for defective lenses, we will require the item to be posted back to us. 

Exchange and Refunds are not permitted for custom glazed Prescription and Optical frames. 

To return your product, please contact us here and we will tell you where to send your product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. .

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
