Lenses come with a 1 year Lens Warranty against defects or glazing service faults.
Frames come with a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Damages caused by misuse or accident are not covered.
The return postage is not covered under this warranty. to make a warranty claim, please email admin[at]freshforpandas.com.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged within the first 3 months of use.
Exchange and Refunds are not permitted for custom glazed Prescription and Optical frames.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com and we will tell you where to send your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. .
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
