We ship from our warehouse, in Manchester UK, which operates 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm will be despatched same-day. Orders placed on weekends are despatched on the Monday. 

Note Delivery times are for In Stock items only! If the item is not in stock delivery can take up to 15 working days.

UK and EU Shipping

UK Free Delivery, Signed and Tracked - 2-3 working Days: for all orders over £60. For orders under £60 we charge a flat fee of £7.00

UK Next Business Day Express Courier - 1-2 Day: Next Business Day (if order is placed before 1pm) to UK Mainland with full tracking and text options for timed delivery. Charged at £9.00

European Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked & Signed - which takes approximately 6-7 working days - Free Delivery over £60 or a flat fee of £13.00

European Express Courier - 3-5 Working Day Priority Delivery with full tracking for £18.00 

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Europe, We offer Free Shipping for orders over £60 or a flat fee of £15.00 for a 10-15 working day service

*Note International Orders outside the EU and UK may be subject to local tax and customs charges which will need to be the responsibility of the customer to pay. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return any item (except Health & Toiletries) we offer a Money Back Refund policy within 14 days of receipt.  Full Policy can be found here or at the Footer Menu on the Homepage

Returns postage is free if payment was made through PayPal (claimed via your PayPal Account). 

Note, If your order qualified for free shipping, and your return reduces your order value to below the free shipping threshold, original shipping fees will apply and be deducted from the credit or refund.

Miss-Picks and Shipping Delays

We are keen to make sure our customers have an easy and fair buying experience from us.  However sometimes things go wrong that are outside of our control. 

If we miss-pick an item, please let us know here. We will cover the costs and arrangements for the swap out. 

If an item is delayed in shipping or Returned to Sender, we will also cover the cost to re-ship the item to you. This is subject to the address and contact details being correct! 

If you miss a delivery, please help us by checking your Order Status page for the Tracking Number, where you can re-arrange delivery directly with Royal Mail or if International, your local Postal Service.
